Maintenance
The property owner remains responsible for coordinating repairs, maintenance vendors, and maintenance-related expenses.
Full-Service Management

• Oversight of recurring property care
Maintenance Coordination Fee
A 10% coordination fee applies to vendor invoices only when the total invoice exceeds $350. There is no coordination fee for repairs under this amount.
This fee covers professional project management, including vendor outreach, scheduling coordination, status follow-ups, final inspection, and administrative documentation to ensure your maintenance is handled correctly and efficiently.
Tenant Placement
- 75% of One Month's Rent
Need a new tenant? Tenant Placement is available as an additional service with either management option!
